MTV Base recently came over to Kenya and shot a mini documentary on Jahawi as part of their new 'Touching Base' series! they spent a good day and more with Jahawi talking about his life, music, inspirations and everything else inbetween, and even managed to record exclusive footage of a one-off gig he performed at... On the 25th June 2010, trance legend, Solarstone launched his latest artist album entiteld 'Touchstone' at the UK superclub 'The Plug', and guess who was chosen to warm up for him... Jahawi!! The line-up also included Mark Pledger and Sied Van Riel.

Jahawi had the pleasure of playing alongside Ronski Speed at the 6AM Entertainment New Years event, titled 'Once In A Blue Moon', on Diani Beach. Over 3500 party people were brought into 2010 in style with Ronski Speed and the creme of the kenyan dj crop, proving that the 6AM party is definitely the one to be at.

Jahawi's remix of BBE's top 5 UK hit '7 Days & One Week' is out now on Ultra Records and Kosmo Records, in the 2009 re-release package. Get it here!
